When Brooke was barely a teenager she got her big break to star in the controversial film, Pretty Baby. Her mother, who became her manager, was under a lot of criticism for letting her daughter appear in risque and semi-nude scenes. When Brooke turned 21, she did what many models at the time did and posed for Playboy.
